The Supreme Court postponed on Monday the hearing into the petition submitted by cancer sufferers, which requested an increase into the medicines available to them via the heath basket.
The decision was made in order to allow Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and the Health Basket Committee to reach an agreement over the allocation of an additional 200 million shekels for the benefit of cancer patients.
