A 19-year-old Israeli man was indicted Sunday in a
Jerusalem court for beating his three-month old son to death.
The haredi suspect, who cannot be named by court
order, is now facing manslaughter charges since the critically-injured infant was subsequently declared clinically dead.
The father who allegedly hurled the baby against the wall after he started to cry, is suspected of
repeatedly biting, beating, pinching and punching the infant since he was born because he "did not accept him" due to a defect the child was born with in his neck muscles, police said.
