The Winograd Committee ordered Wednesday night that the testimonies of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Defense Minister Amir Peretz, and former chief of staff Dan Halutz, on the Second Lebanon War be published Thursday morning.
The publishing follows the release of the Winograd interim report on April 30 which contained harsh criticism against the leadership in their handling of the war, sparking a wave of public outcry and calls for the PM and defense minister to resign.
The committee also approved that certain key figures and top officials could read the top secret sections of the testimony report.
