The IDF were surrounding a house in Nablus on Wednesday morning, in attempt to arrest several fugitives hiding indside.
One of the wanted men surrendered, and shortly thereafter, another man turned himself in.
A third fugitive was wounded when a gun battle erupted between soldiers and Palestinians. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
