Vienna protesters condemn Israeli attacks on Gaza

About 750 protesters rallied in downtown Vienna on Monday to condemn Israel's attacks on Gaza. Demonstrators chanted "Israel, Terrorist!," waved Palestinian flags and carried a mock child's coffin as they marched from Vienna's stately Opera House to the central St. Stephen's Cathedral. A few protesters tossed firecrackers, but police said the rally was peaceful. One demonstrator, Tom Allahyari, accused Israel of "terrorist behavior" for launching Operation Cast Lead, which aims to put an end to the ongoing Palestinian rocket fire into Israel.
