The Winograd Commission investigating the failures of the Second Lebanon War will publish its interim report on Monday after submitting it to Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Defense Minister Amir Peretz, Israel Radio reported on Wednesday.
The report will cover the period of time from when the IDF left Lebanon seven years ago until five days after the beginning of the Second Lebanon War.
