Iron swords: In his talk, Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto addressed the situation in Israel and said that after the brutal attack by Hamas terrorists, every Jew must be a full partner in the Jewish people’s great sorrow. He stated that whoever is apathetic to the situation and doesn’t share in everyone’s grief - evil will catch up with him.

Rabbi Pinto explained: "He who brushes aside what is happening and doesn’t feel that it is his private pain - God will not forgive him. The Jewish people is one big family. One who thinks, 'Well, I am now here in America, I have money and a good life, why do I have to be bothered by what’s going on over there?' - evil will catch up with him."

"It is a tribulation for all of us," Rabbi Pinto added. "All Jewish people are responsible for each other. This is a truism that we have forgotten in recent years. There is a very strong bond between us. Each one should think what he can do to assist and help another."

He further said, "We all need to take stock. Everyone must take a part in being responsible for each other, not only in speech, but above all in action. We need to feel the bond in body and soul, not in slogans," Rabbi Pinto concluded.
