Yet another emergency landing and near-disaster at the Herzliya airfield has residents demanding once again that the airport be closed down, reports Ha'ir-Tzomet Hasharon. In the latest incident, a light plane was forced to make an emergency landing in a field near the airport after suffering a technical failure. It was the 10th emergency landing at the site this year, and residents are once again worried that a major disaster will occur before the airport is finally closed.
