Comedian Amy Schmuer announced she and husband, Chris Fischer, were expecting their first child in a way only comedians could — through an Instagram fakeout.
Schumer, a Jewish stand-up comedian and actress, posted a photo of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with Fischer's and her faces photoshopped on top. The Royal couple recently announced their first pregnancy. "About to announce some exciting news," Schumer wrote accompanying the post.
Her announcement, though, came from the Instagram story of journalist Jessica Yellin, who shared some of Schmuer's recommendations for voting in November's United States midterm elections. Yellin's list ended "I'm pregnant-Amy Schumer."
Schumer suggested voting for more than 20 Democrats in the post.
