Sandler - originator of the famed Saturday Night Live "Hanukkah Song" - posted a clip on Twitter on Sunday of the song "Bar Mitzvah Boy" from his new Netflix special, writing: "Have a good eight crazy nights." Sandler's friend and fellow actor Ben Stiller shared the tweet, adding: "Happy Chanukah."

Malina, the former Scandal and West Wing star, is definitely getting in the holiday spirit. On Monday he posted a short video of latkes bubbling in hot oil, writing: "Let the games begin." Messing, the star of Will and Grace, posted a quote from former UK chief Rabbi Jonathan Sacks over an image of lit Hanukkah candles on Instagram, writing: "Happy Hanukkah, one and all. May we notice beauty in the darkness."
Broadway and film Ben Platt, known for his roles in Dear Evan Hansen and Pitch Perfect, posted a short video on his Instagram story with a brand-new original Hanukkah jingle."There’s latkes in the Hanukkah bush/ Scoop them with a ladle," Platt and his friend actress Molly Gordon sing together. "Does Moses have a Hanukkah tush? Spin me like a dreidel."
Actress Isla Fisher, married to comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, posted a short video to Instagram of her in a Hanukkah-themed onesie dancing to music.

Big Bang Theory actress Bialik posted a photo from the first night of the holiday on Instagram, showing four lit hannukiot in a row.
And CNN anchor Jake Tapper shared a risque and hilarious Hanukkah GIF on Twitter on Sunday, wishing his close to 2 million followers a Happy Hanukkah.
