US defense official says
The new medium-range missile tested by Iran is "not particularly different than what we've seen in the past," Reuters quoted Pentagon defense spokesman and press secretary Geoff Morrell on Wednesday. According to the report, Morrell stated that US intelligence shows the test-launch of the Sajjil-2 missile is not a sign of advanced military capabilities acquired by Teheran. The missile can hit targets over 2,000 kilometers away, placing Israel well within its range.
