Moon upset by stalemate in kidnapped troops issue

In a press conference during his visit to Lebanon, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called for the full implantation of UNSCR 1701, and said he was disappointed at the lack of progress for the release of IDF kidnapped soldiers, Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser. IDF Radio reported Friday night that Ki-Moon was gravely disappointed by the lack of any signal concerning the soldier's state. "This is a humanitarian situation," said Ki-Moon "I have made the importance of progress known to them (Lebanese leaders)."
