Jerusalem the capital of Israel is a magnet for Jews from all over the world who want to make their home in the city.

It is no wonder many want to make Jerusalem their home or at least their second home.

Many of these potential Jerusalemites are wealthy individuals who are accustomed to high end quality and service. It is to this clientele that Achim Hasid is developing M-Gallery at Theatron. When completed, the complex will be at the forefront of luxury living in Jerusalem.

M-Gallery at Theatron combines the needs of short term tourists as well as those who are interested in a longer term occupancy. To meet all these needs, the project combines a special mix of only 76 five-star boutique hotel rooms, with 21 privately owned condos as well as 24 full-service rental apartments.

The residences are the height of gracious living with a wide choice of sizes and layouts. All residences are exceptionally light and airy; with either expansive terraces or large private gardens.

The views are simply breathtaking: The condos overlook a verdant landmarked grove of pine trees, with  a panoramic view of historic southern Jerusalem stretching to the outskirts of the historic city of Bethlehem. The area is enhanced by beautiful landscaping and comfortable sitting areas that provide ample opportunities to relax outdoors and enjoy nature.

One of the big advantages of owning and residing in one of  Theatron’s 21 unparalleled condos is that that residents will be able to benefit from  M-Gallery’s meticulous hotel standards, services and facilities, including a particularly luxurious and tastefully decorated lobby; a large indoor pool, gym and spa as well as a wide range of dining options with fine gourmet food in magnificent surroundings.

One of the selling points of MGallery at Theatron is its excellent location, across from both the Jerusalem Theater and the Hansen Arts complex; important and impressive cultural venues where stage, screen, and visual art converge.

This special and central location is enhanced by being situated at the intersection of three of Jerusalem’s most prestigious neighborhoods: Talbieh, the German Colony, and Old Katamon. M-Gallery at Theatron is ideally positioned on the route of the planned  “Cultural Kilometer”, for which development work  has already begun. The Cultural Kilometer will extend from The Museum for Islamic Art to the First Station, which is a highly popular hub of eateries and entertainment. Featured along the Cultural Kilometer there will be sidewalk cafes, bicycle paths, and a scenic cable car ride to the Western Wall. The special location will allow Theatron residents very easy access to the capital’s most important cultural and entertainment venues.

As can be expected Jerusalem is the central theme of M-Gallery at Theatron. Its design blends authentic Jerusalem culture with world-class opulence. The ambiance at Theatron is a creative interpretation of traditional Jerusalem, infusing conventional Jerusalem motifs with a modern, sophisticated element strongly connected to local culture and artists.
