More than 60 golfers took part in the individual Stableford competition at the Gaash Golf Club on August 15.
Despite the relaxed atmosphere, the weather made playing difficult due to the dry hot wind.
The Stableford competition was divided into two divisions, from 0-20 handicap and from 21-36.
The A-Division was won by Gershon Feldman on 39 points, followed by Paul Gale on 38 points.
In the B-Division, Niki Sperling triumphed with 37 points. On 34 points were Moshe Alon, Yoram Leibowitz and Gill Pik, with the honors going to Moshe Alon with a better back nine.
English businessman Martin Lerner was among those participating.
Meanwhile, Gaash Golf Club members Larry Bergman and Carmel Venier competed in the International Pairs competition at the Celtic Manor golf club in Wales last week.
The Israelis, who said they found the course very difficult to play, finished in 23rd place. The competition was won by Felix Cortez and Gary Sales of the Phillipines.
