Hapoel Holon coach quits ahead of team's anticipated punishment

The owner and coach of the Hapoel Holon basketball team, Miki Dorsman, quit as coach Tuesday ahead of the punishment the club is expected to receive for one of its fans throwing a firecracker onto the basketball floor during the November 11 game against Hapoel Jerusalem at Malha Arena. The Israel Basketball Association is seeking to impose a punishment of eight games behind closed doors, a fine of NIS 20,000 and a suspended four-point reduction.
