Cyril Kaufman regained his title as club champion at the 2011 Ga’ash golf club championships last week.It could not have been a more exciting finish, as both Kaufman and Greg Elliot ended two days of golf with the same score.
The club members were then treated to an exciting playoff which Kaufman won on the third hole with a birdie putt, leaving Elliot as the runner up.The nett prizes in the A division went to Amiram Zantkeren followed by Amos Aharoni.The B division was won by Gary Van Der Molen followed by Avi Dekel. The net prizes in the B division went to Salomon Levy with Asaf Lengy taking second place.The nearest to the pin prizes went to Kaufman, Colin Lewis, Danie Seker and Shmulik Almagor.The longest drive went to Greg Elliot and Inon Zadock.
