Moshiko to meet defending champion U.K.I in final

Moshiko booked its place in the Moshiko Soccer final after thrashing Brad's Boykies 7-0 at the weekend.

The result set up a heavyweight clash against defending champion U.K.I, which saw off Giblets 2-0 in the other semi.

In a tight start Moshiko found no way through Brad's defenseuntil Chesky Steinhart perfectly curled the ball into the far corner.

Ze'ev "super" Sofer was outstanding in Moshiko's goal and Amitai Pivko added a crucial second just before the break.

As the second half began, the Boykies pushedforward in search for a goal and Moshiko took advantage of the spaceand began to dominate the game.

Quick passing and movement was rewarded by goals from Yigal Tuitou (2), Amichai Benami, Noam Shwartz and Yoram Touitou.

Meanwhile, the Giblets fairytale cup run ended in an exciting encounter with U.K.I.

Both teams failed to break the deadlock in the first half as the defenses showed great resilience and mental strength.

But after the break, as the Giblets began to tire captain YoniSchimmel played a clever ball to James Josephson to smash home.Josephson grabbed his second after good work by Yanki Baddiel sendingU.K.I into the final.
