Gilboa won its fifth straight Israeli rugby championship on Saturday, defeating Tel Aviv 22-19 in the playoff final in Kibbutz Yizre'el.
Gilboa trailed at the break, but fought back in the second half and scored in the closing stages to clinch the victory.
The northerners will host Ra'anana-Hasharon in the State Cup semifinal this coming Saturday, looking to move within one victory of winning the league and cup double.
