Two Palestinians were caught crossing the border fence from Gaza into Israel in southern Gaza Thursday night, according to the IDF.
The men were found with two grenades on them.
The two were taken in for questioning and the incident is under investigation.
In October  IDF forces sighted a suspicious object in the air that crossed the border from the Gaza Strip into Israel.
IDF forces fired from a distance after which militants on the Gazan side pulled back the the object  into their vehicle and fled the scene, according to Channel 2.
According to the IDF, the kite was used to photograph the area close to the border.
