Gilad Sharon

Gilad Sharon has an MA in Agricultural Economics and Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In addition to writing a column in Yedioth Ahronoth, he is the author of a bestselling biography of his father, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, entitled "Sharon: The Life of a Leader." Married and the father of four, Sharon lives on the family's Shikmim Farm, which he has managed for thirty years. He is a member of the Likud party and serves as a major in reserve duty in an elite IDF unit.
