Some 500 male Druse residents of the Golan Heights crossed the Israel-Syria border on Thursday morning after getting permission to participate in festivities at the gravesite of the prophet Habil. However, Syria refused to allow in some 40 Druse women who had received permission from Interior Minister Eli Yishai to make the pilgrimage to the gravesite.
