Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch responded to the case in which former president Moshe Katsav was convicted of rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment on Thursday. At a swearing-in ceremony for new judges, Beinisch said that "today a ruling was made that cannot be ignored." The verdict "demonstrates the value of equality before the law," she said.
