A border police officer was lightly hurt on Friday afternoon when a protester in Ni'ilin threw a flare at him, Israel Radio reported. In Bilin, another location where Palestinians and left wing activists from Israel and abroad hold a weekly protest against the route of the West Bank security barrier, security forces were using crowd dispersal methods to contain protesters who were hurling rocks at them.
