Fifty new IDF doctors will take part in a ceremony next week marking their completion of the largest military physician course in the history of the IDF.

The medical corps held the final exercise in the course on Wednesday.

The soon-to-be doctors will be stationed in every branch of the IDF: the air force, the navy and the ground forces.

The large class of new physicians will increase the number of military doctors so that each battalion will have their own medical officer.
