A construction site worker was killed in a work-related accident Sunday morning in Haifa. 

A Magen David Adom crew was called to the scene after receiving a call stating that a worker had been hit in the head by a falling object at the work site on Moriah Street in the city.

The ambulance crew pronounced the man, 57, dead at the scene.
