Court turns down government request to delay destruction of West Bank outpost

The High Court of Justice on Monday denied a government petition to delay the destruction of the Amona outpost in the West Bank.

The destruction is slated for December 25, however elements within the government are hoping to divert the decision through a "normalization" bill currently making its way through the Knesset.
