A 50-year-old fitness instructor from Kiryat Malaci was indicted on Monday at the Beersheba District Court on charges of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old teenage boy who had arrived at his gym to work out.

The suspect "used threats and persuasions" in the gym's kitchen to sexually assault the minor, the charge sheet said.

Officers from the Kiryat Malahi police station received a complaint and launched an investigation, resulting in the man's arrest and indictment.
