A glider aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing near the Megiddo Airport, in the Afula area, after experiencing a technical problem on Thursday. The glider's pilot landed on a flat area and did not need medical treatment. Civilian Aviation Authority officials were investigating the circumstances of the incident.
