The Israeli military court ruled Monday morning that Sgt. Elor Azaria is free to return to his home, but will be placed under full house arrest until a final ruling is given on his case late this month. Azaria who was convicted of manslaughter for killing an incapacitated Palestinian terrorist in March 2016, has been under arrest at his base since his conviction.
