IDF Military Policemen captured 21 Palestinians on Thursday as they tried to infiltrate Jerusalem in the trunk of a passenger bus. According to Maj. Oz Arad, commander of the checkpoint between Ma'ale Adumim and Jerusalem, the bus was driven by an Israeli-Arab from Eilat. The driver, Arad said, did not have a driver's license and the bus was reported as stolen. Each Palestinian paid NIS 200 for the drive from Hebron into Jerusalem. Seven of the Palestinians were transferred to the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) for questioning.
