The IDF spokesman confirmed that the IAF struck two weapon production and storage sites  in the northern Gaza Strip overnight Monday.

The IDF recorded accurate hits and reported that all IAF aircraft returned safely to their base.

The attack was a response to high-trajectory fire targeting Israel, the IDF said.

"The IDF will not tolerate any attempt to harm Israeli citizens and IDF soldiers and will continue to operate against anyone who operates terror against Israel," the IDF stated. "Hamas is a terrorist organization and hold responsibility."
