Rabbi Tuvia Weiss, head of the ultra-Orthodox Eda Haredit's Rabbinic Court, on Sunday night was set to issue a halachic ruling concerning the psychiatric evaluation of the Jerusalem woman suspected of nearly starving her three-year-old child to death. Channel 2 said police were concerned he would forbid her from undergoing the test, a ruling that could well lead to a resumption of rioting in the capital.
