Israeli Supreme Court denies retrial of Roman Zadorov

The Israeli Supreme Court denied Roman Zadorov's request for a new trial regarding his conviction for the murder of thirteen year old Tair Rada in 2006.
Chief Justice Miriam Naor wrote in the decision that "the fact that the case has garnered public interest, that in itself is not enough to retry the case."
Zadorov is currently serving a life sentence for Rada's murder.
Doubts about Zadorov's guilt were raised recently following a documentary about the case.
