Itzik: Education is Israel's real 'Iron Dome'

MK Dalia Itzik (Kadima) on Sunday called education the country's real "Iron Dome," a reference to Israel's anti-missile defense system.

"With the opening of the school year, I call on the government to place education at the head of its priority list, and to support my bill for free education from the age of three months," said Itzik. "The Education system is the country's true 'Iron Dome,' and therefore future generations - our children and grandchildren - deserve a better investment.
