Jerusalem court to rule on insanity plea in Abu Khdeir case

The Jerusalem District Court is expected to rule this week on an 11th hour insanity plea by Yosef Haim Ben David, who has already been convicted, along with two minors, of abducting and murdering east Jerusalem resident Muhammed Abu Khdeir, 16, in July 2014.
Sentencing in the case has been delayed pending the insanity verdict. A final hearing on the matter was held on Sunday.
