'J'lem court allows Jewish construction at Shepherd Hotel'

The Jerusalem District Appeals Committee decided on Wednesday to allow construction of a Jewish neighborhood at the controversial site of the former Shepherd Hotel in east Jerusalem.

On Wednesday, The Muslim Committee in Israel, a new NGO, secured a temporary injunction against the planned construction of 20 apartment units in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
