Jordan is protesting the opening of the Ramon International Airport, which is located in the south near Eilat as well as the Jordanian border, according to Jordanian media on Sunday.
Jordan is opposed to the airport due to its claims that the airport's location violates international law as well as Jordan's sovereignty of its airspace.
