Lebanon: 2 Al-Qaida members charged with planning attack

Two members of Al-Qaida were charged by Lebanon's military prosecutor on Thursday with plotting a terrorist attack against the Lebanese army, AFP reported.

The planned attack was supposed to have targeted a Lebanese army convoy in the town of Anjar in the eastern part of the country.
