The Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court extended underworld figure Francois Abutbul's custody by four days on Thursday.

Abutbul was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of plotting to murder his arch-rival Rico Shirazi, in a years-long struggle for control of Netanya crime.

More suspects are due to appear before the court as well, as police fear a mob war could break out in Netanya between Abutbul and Shirazi.
