'Masturbating police officer' arrested for second offense

An Even Yehuda resident who was arrested Wednesday for impersonating a police officer and for improper conduct was released to house arrest by the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, but another complaint filed against him brought him back into detention. The man was initially arrested after stopping a female driver for an alleged traffic violation while wearing a police uniform. While examining the woman's license, the woman noticed he was gazing at her legs and masturbating. After being released to house arrest on Wednesday, a new complaint was filed by a woman motorist who had been pulled over by the suspect in a similar incident, again in police uniform, near Ra'anana. He allegedly complimented her on her physique and asked her what she was willing to do to cancel the ticket he was supposedly writing her. He was arrested for a second time overnight Wednesday on suspicion of pulling the same stunt on several other occasions. The man will be brought again to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court for a remand extension hearing.
