Over 60 New Yorkers protested an Israel Philharmonic Orchestra (IPO) performance at Carnegie Hall on Thursday evening, demonstrating against "Israel's apartheid policies against the Palestinian people."

Protesters chanted, "Oboe, trumpet or basson/ Apartheid is out of tune" and “IPO gets no ovation / Ambassador for occupation.” "Tonight we are telling the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, Carnegie Hall, and the Israeli government that its ‘Brand Israel’ campaign cannot cover up the injustice that Palestinians face,” said Daniel Strum of Adalah-NY, a New York Campaign for the boycott fo Israel.
