Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said Sunday that “Israel is striving for peace treaties with all its neighbors. We have treaties with Egypt and Jordan and it is possible to do so with Syria and the Palestinians.”

“There are two principles needed for this to occur,” Netanyahu told the cabinet. “Negotiations must be conducted without preconditions…and the second principle is that any treaty will be accompanied with security arrangements that will last for years and for generations.”
