Palestinian factions to discuss talks on Saturday

A Saturday deadline was set for a meeting between top PLO leaders and Palestinian faction representatives to discuss a unified stance on the peace talks, Fatah Central Committee decided on Wednesday, according to a Ma'an report.

Following Israel's resumption of building in the West Bank this week, Palestinian Authority President Mahmud Abbas said that he would not formulate a position on continuing the peace talks until consulting with the PLO, Fatah and the Arab League.
