Palestinian man injured by IDF fire near Gaza border

The IDF shot and injured a Palestinian worker collecting stone aggregates along the northern Gaza border on Wednesday, Palestinian news agency Ma'an reported, quoting medical sources.

The IDF spokesman's office said that forces fired at, and confirmed hitting a Palestinian in the same area, according to the report. The IDF often fires at people approaching the border, which it considers a closed combat zone.
