Police on Saturday arrested a Jewish youth, around 19-years-old, who they suspect of being involved in a savage fight between Jewish and Arab teenagers in downtown Jerusalem late that left a 20-year-old Arab man in critical condition.

Police said the investigation of the youth, a resident of Jerusalem, was ongoing.
