Police arrested a 23-year-old Palestinian construction worker from Ramallah suspected of attempting to sexually assault a female resident of Herzliya, Israel Radio reported on Monday.

The 42-year-old woman reportedly yelled, causing her attacker to flee. He was found shortly thereafter at a construction site in the area.

Police say that the Palestinian man confessed to the crime and will be brought to court Monday for a remand hearing to determine whether his detention can be extended.
