Activists working to free Israeli agent Jonathan Pollard on Sunday called on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and President Shimon Peres to demand that US President Barack Obama, and anyone that aspires to advocate justice, to put an end to the punishment of Pollard and implement his release.

"There may be strong disagreement between different countries, but there is no disagreement that it is not right to leave a man to rot in prison for crimes that he did not commit," a statement read by the committee working for Pollards release.
