Report: Egypt sets Nov 21 date for parliament vote

CAIRO - Egypt's election commission has set Nov. 21 as the date for an election for the lower house of parliament, the country's first vote since president Honsi Mubarak was ousted seven months ago, Al Arabiya Television said on Saturday.
Voting for the upper house will take place two months later on Jan. 22, the satellite channel quoted the head of the commission as saying. Officials were not immediately available to comment on the report.
