Report: Fayyad proposes new government, denies resignation

Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Salam Fayyad presented a plan to the PLO leadership to form a more inclusive factional government, according to Palestinian News Agency Ma'an on Wednesday.
PLO officials denied reports of Fayyad's resignation, offering instead a new political vision of a more inclusive government, according to Ma'an.
Protests in the West Bank during September largely blamed Fayyad for the financial crisis, and called for his resignation.
