Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is making efforts to convince the Obama admininstration to accept a plan by which a Palestinian State would be established within temporary borders for a period of ten years, leaving difficult issues such as refugees and Jerusalem to be decided in future negotiations, London-based Arabic language daily Al-Hayat reported on Saturday.

According to the Palestinian sources quoted by Al-Hayat, the temporary borders of the Palestinian State would coincide with the separation fence.
